Lemony with some texture notes to it. Still super yummy and salty.

Here aligote is always straight and dry Mr. Morin notes. Smells like aligote. With some pretty green dry notes to the nose. Good for oysters and aperitif he notes. Really nice round Asian pear think on the mdi palate. Good for the appetite is the regional idea. Wets the appetite if you will. Makes your mouth water. Morin notes iodine, minerality because of the ancient oyster fossils in the soil. Kimmeregian soil. It's not stone but compressed oyster shells.

Juicy and refreshing. Aromas of ripe apples and sea salt. Minerals at the start, evolving quickly to ripe fruit with a respectable finish.
