this has matured quite considerably in the last year - certainly delicious still and complex - lovely wine but maybe should be drunk in the short to the medium term

Clear medium ruby colour. Nose is clean and medium (+). Perfumed floral notes, smoky, sweet strawberries and raspberries, eucalyptus, pepper. Dry with medium (+) acidity. Soft medium fine tannins. Body is medium. Flavour is medium (+) and palate has same as nose with spices, pepper, earthy and meaty notes, . Finish is medium (+). Wine is well balanced and fairly complex but I find it a touch too peppery.
