1st Authentic wine portfolio tasting (Line) : Faint strawberry notes, red cherry notes, currants, sour cherry, some herbal notes. Palate shows tannins, red fruit, cherry notes, tangering, orange peel and marmelade, full body, med finish

Authentic wine tasting (T16) : whole bunch, 1 month maceration then amphora, 10.50% Utterly weird wine. Very pale red colour. Some strawberry notes next to red cherry notes, oxidation notes, wild profile, there is also something here that tried to lift everything up (probably VA) Palate with the same style, red cherry fruit notes, some faint strawberry notes, tannins a bit angular, med body, med finish. Very dry finish with the tell-tale Matassa oxidation at the end
