Château de Suronde Anjou Blanc de Minière

Fruit Day - Pale lemon core out to a colourless edge. Nose of apple, pear, and a touch of clover honey and quince - clean, simple and straightforward - as expected. On the palate, it’s medium to fuller bodied with nice citrus, apple, quince and mineral flavours. Great acidity that cleanses the palate but isn’t searing. The finish carries the acidity but there’s also lemon, apple and mineral there as well. Well made and very refreshing. Enjoyed with a seafood …
