Notes écrites plusieurs jours après dégustation. Couleur brique indiquant l'age du vin. Nez typé, champignons en crème, truffle, saveurs de framboise bien mûre, muscade. Tanins souples, le vin est soyeux et la persistance est longue. Un coup de coeur à déguster en paralelle avec des crus bourguignons

Deeper red than most Pinot. Impressive nose - great intensity and complexity. Similar on the palate with good heft while having balancing acidity. Definitely showing some nice bottle evolution and drinking well now. Probably the best Ontario Pinot I've tasted.

While we enjoyed this, it certainly is not a $35 wine. I enjoy the entry Cuvee County just as well... at $20.

Tried at Blue Plate (birthday dinner). Quite nice - pale colour, strawberry notes, very drinkable, opened up after a short while. Will hold the 2 in my cellar for a little while longer before opening.
