Domaine de l'Espigouette (Bernard Latour) Vacqueyras

Tasty- although a bit jammy and simplistic for the price. Warm red fruit, a bit hot, maybe some herbs deep down, not much else. I feel like there are basic Cotes du Rhone wines that taste similar for half the price, just with slightly less fruit and slightly better balance. Enjoyable! Just not my thing right now.
