Black raspberry, a little eucalyptus, blueberries and violets with well integrated tannins. Drinking well right now.

Tasted blind. Nose: Confectionery, vanilla, smells like a baker created it. Delicious nose. Darker berry pie. Palate: Lush and soft mouth-feel, berry pie, black currant, enough tannins and backbone to keep it from being flabby, medium-plus finish. Juicy and delicious. Following days: strong mint/eucalyptus, and a little tobacco leaf, chalkier but terrific mouth-feel. Lost the pie and vanilla, but still has the dark berry profile. Would certainly buy again. Very nice QPR. 91-92 pts.

Elegant and fruit forward. More like an Alexander Valley cab in style. Great for the price.

Just opened, smokey and dark on the nose, showing its oak. And maybe showing its Walla Walla origins. Supple on the palate a bit of a hot and unresolved finish. Not bad at all for $19.99. In fact, very good stuff.

Easy going if slightly agressive Walla Walla styled fruit cabernet.

An excellent wine. It is still young. Spent three days with it. Subdued bouquet, fairly dark in the glass. The first day it was all power, concentrated, heavily tannic and a little hot. The second day it settled down and took on more fruit and earthy notes. The thrid day it was beautiful, rustic and smooth. All the smells and tastes of the varietal are present.
