Friend's Feb bday dinner at home. Tasted blind. Drank in Gabriel Standart. Impressed, really good, and I like it! Appearance is clear, mdium intensity, amber gold colour. Thin legs. Fine bubbles. Nose medium+ intensity, with aromas of red apples, rich peach, fruity ripe citrus lemon, oxidative nut. Developing. On the palate, dry, just about high acidity, medium- alcohol medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of vinous red apples, rich peach and raspberry, citrus ripe lemon and melon, toasty brioche …

Feb 2022 disgorgement. Well made champagne. Lean grower style but there is enough fruit here to keep it enjoyable. Maybe not the best value for the price but not unhappy I tried this.

Mainly champagnes with hotpot : A nice discovery, apparently a low-intervention wine. Slight pink hue that made me think that it was a rose, incredible freshness to the raspberry fruit. Lean and precise without being stern, excellent balance.

Agree with the other two notes! Bruised apples and peach Yoplait. Super fine mousse. The only nitpick is that the finish was slightly bitter. Have one bottle left, will save it for a special occasion

Aromatic nose with raspberry, stonefruit and bruised apple. Soft mousse, good length and rich texture, very enjoyable, do not serve too cold

Beautiful vinous nose displaying yellow and red fruit, peach, apple, a hint of raspberry, cooper, honey, sweet spices and mineral. Very good concentration, finely layered red and yellow fruit, very fine medium generous mousse, rich and deeply toned but also showing very good balance, perfect amount of acidity and mineral, and a seamless long rich yellow and red fruit driven finish. Really nice BdN expression.
