Outstanding Cabernet so smooth and easy to drink. Has all the qualities of a high end wine, nice complexity of blackberry, blueberry and vanilla with a long lingering finish. Mild acidity is giving this wine the right finish in the corners of your mouth. We are enjoying with veal marsala and pasta with truffle oil and butter dashed with mushrooms. Big fan of Joseph Cellars wines and this estate cab does not disappoint.
