开瓶还不是很奔放，闻起来果味成熟，熟桃杏、柠檬、一点香蕉和一点盐渍柠檬之类的味道。慢慢醒酒之后会出来一点类似栗子泥和绵密的奶油味，比较绵柔，个中有矿物骨架支撑。入口高酸，酸度强劲有穿透力，整体比较饱满，带咸鲜感，矿物感明显，萃取感布满口腔，呈细粉末质感，而后转光滑并带轻微酥麻感。开瓶时还比较紧闭，带苦味，醒酒一两个小时后，苦味小时，口中果味比较扎实，成熟度较高，有苹果、桃杏、一点渍青梅味，带栗子蓉、香草奶油的柔软感。后段还有些木质调。 第二天和第三天，闻起来有菠萝奶昔、绿豆沙和栗子蓉味，饱满成熟，嗅觉上后段带一点酸橘、金属和甜香料味，收尾少许细致的白花香。喝起来比较咸，萃取感光滑，此时质地较轻，果味熟，之外有点蜂蜜、新鲜柠檬，奶油蛋糕味萦绕周围。91-92/100

Next bottle from this big Rheinhessen zone estate, as nearly always very balanced and without aeration really subdued, with some one, two hours slow ox this is a Riesling beauty, very creamy chalky mouthfeel, grapefruit and some testy citrus, great pairing with trout!
