RN Estate Vineyard Pinot Noir Fiddlestix Vineyard

- Brick color with slow forming legs and aromas of cherry, black pepper, raspberry and cedar. It's balanced and has flavours of cherry and strawberry jam with a medium body. Round texture with a long finish - Decanted two hours. Good rich fruit abounds. Decently high sugar content, wine is a little thick.

Deep red fruit well integrated. Big surprise. Very well made

- Garnet color with slow forming legs and aromas of raspberry, strawberry, cherry, medicinal and cedar. It's balanced and has flavours of strawberry and raspberry with a light/medium body. Polished texture with a long finish.

Last bottle drank was a little more than a year before. Compared to the wow factor before, this one seemed to lack the depth and fruit both on the nose and palate from before. Based on this bottle I would say this one has peaked and any bottles should be opened now. Still an enjoyable wine, but not the special occasion one. If rating now an 89-90

Good bright red color, some cherry on the nose. Medium bodied with cherry and berry. Very silky smooth with a great balanced finish. Classic RN offering that is very food friendly. An outstanding effort.
