Stony Brook Vineyards, Heart of the Lees

The first thing I noticed was the superb clarity of this wine, certainly way above any typical white or a SB. On the nose it is a relatively mature Sauvignon Blanc, opening with a hint of lemon, honeysuckle and perhaps some flint and maybe a memory of a previously more noticeable apricot.
