Dark gold color. Really no aromas at this time. Full palate primarily of honey. Not obviously corked like the last bottle but seems completely over the hill which makes no sense. The first bottle I had of three was one of the best Soaves I've ever had, second bottle corked and now this?

Rich gold color and super intense nose, this opens with aromas of dried apricots and peaches, beeswax, and hazelnut and macadamia nut. Palate shows almond, peach, and honeysuckle with a very slight yet pleasant oxidative character. Very complex and smooth drinking indeed, kept coming back for more as layer after layer evolved in the glass. Excellent buy, and a whole other level of wine than their basic Soave.

Medium gold with orange /amber tint. Medium intensity aromas of beautiful ripe peach/ apricot/ yellow apples with hints of almond at back end. Absolutely enticing and beyond complex. Medium palate - more citrus now than stone fruit, again with slight almond bitterness. This is drinking really well now at six years but may wait another 1-2 yrs for my last two bottles. Drinking this will show one what Soave is capable of.

Inama Wine Dinner (Fiola Mare - Washington, DC) : A bit more honey and richness than the 2013, but this is still bright with scents of chalk, white tea and minerals. Bold and rich palate but so bright and refreshing as well. Green melon and key lime fruit blends with honey, almond, chamomile tea, a slight touch of vanilla and lingering minerality. A bold, waxy presence but the wine is precise and crisp throughout. Interesting to taste this wine at …

A delicious soave. Waxy and rich with soft notes of Chamomile, honey, white flowers, and lemon balm. Rhone-esque. Balanced and complex. A true steal for the money. In a great spot but I suspect will continue to age well.

This was quite interesting and different than my experience with many Italian whites; Quite rich and full-bodied, with a slightly oily palate of stone fruits, minerals and almonds, yet there's a solid acidic backbone that holds it all together

Couleur citrine, nez sur la vanille, le pralin, la crème au citron, le caramel salé. Bouche opulente, notes franches de caramel salé - simplement délicieux!!

Rich and satisfying, if lacking subtlety. The Inama style.

Golden on the eye. Apricot and almond on the nose. The palate has a rich, vanilla, oaked flavour, apricot fruit and an intensity and depth of flavour which you simply don't get from most Soave. This really is a classy wine to enjoy with food such as fish or chicken to really show at its best.

Getting to or a little past its peak. Color is definitely shining golden. Nose is pretty reticent. Very muted. Palate - still pretty lively. Rich fruits but still some solid acidity. Lingering finish. Poached pears but with something like leeks or some other root vegetable.

Deep lemon in color. The nose is clean, with aromas of lemon, kiwi, lime and stone. The nose is of medium intensity and developed. The palate is dry and consistent with the nose. The acidity is medium plus, the alcohol is medium. The body is medium plus as is the flavor intensity. The length was medium. This wine has a just a little extra concentration, intensity and minerality than your typical Soave, which gives it a pleasant richness on the …

golden, white flower and peaches on the nose, full bodied, dense flavors of honey, grapefruit, orange sherbert and herbs, very distinctive, long finish, right when the mid-palate leans towards sweetness, it backs off, good display of fruit, excellent food-wine, fantastic with sushi

Light gold. A very pretty nose of flowers, melon, lime and stone. A bit of richness on the palate and perfect balance. I've always wanted to try this wine and we loved it so much we opened and closed dinner with it. There was a bottle of Barbaresco in between. The second bottle was a bit brighter then the first so I'll score it.

Reminds me a lot of a white Rhone(a very good thing for me), fantastic mouth feel with notes of white flowers and subtle fruit. Has some nice spiciness that gave me a bell pepper image. Very nice use of oak, good long finish. Oh, great with food too.

Lunch at l'Osier (Ginza, Tokyo) : Very nice, with plenty of character. Went well with the food too. Nose was a reluctant at first, but opened up slowly to show honey, honeysuckle, chalk and a touch of apricot along with a very Italian dried earth and herb tone. Still very reserved though. Palate was rich and oily textured. Flavour-wise, very neutral and food friendly though, with subtle honey tones and white fruit - breadfruit I thought - along with touches …
