Found this (sole remaining) bottle at Whole Foods crying out for attention, and immediately picked it up for al fresco dinner with friends. Served slightly chilled (that is from outside temps of 80 plus) with Beef Schnitzel, roast Yukon potatoes & Asparagus. Bright, fruity with some spice notes. Cherry red; perfumed cherries with a mineral streak and cherry stone. Cranberry. Pure, inviting; light but full flavoured. Crunchy. Delicious and refreshing.

The color is a brilliant ruby red with shimmering crimson. The nose has some red cherry, a hint of strawberry and maybe some undertones of blue berry. It has a very pleasant and cheerful fruity aroma. The palate is multi-layered: a slight vegetable touched together with the cherry and berry notes.
