Berries and burn! Beautiful sparking Pinot with some alcohol at the finish that keeps it from being to jammy. Leather and currant on the nose. Super super good

In my last note I indicated this needed additional time- well I probably meant more than 60-90 days, however this is now exquisite with a dark cherry core, beautiful spice undertones delivered on the most silky, seamless palate you could ever hope for. Perfect balance and integration of fruit. I think this would appeal to the full spectrum of Pinot lovers- beautiful fruit with elegance and finesse. Simply luscious and enticing.

This needs more time to integrate and develop in the bottle. I was out of town and my lovely wife opened this because she loves WesMar- the wine and the people. This has a deep core of dark cherry, cranberry and spice. It is intense, more so than other vintages that have had a more feminine nature, but at the same time is not over extracted or over the top.
