Brotherhood Cabernet Sauvignon New York Premium Selection

This is my first try at a New York based wine - decent effort, and this style is a little different than the typical Cali Cab I would suggest...Comes off bone dry and has coating tannin/acid that really needs some kind of food...is a little distracting. That experience lingers, but getting into the taste profile otherwise the fruit is restrained and is darker, perhaps a little brambly in quality.
