Domaine Capitain-Gagnerot Ladoix 1er Cru Les Hautes Mourottes Blanc

A somewhat different Burgundy white I felt. Reminded me of low-intervention, natural wines I‘ve had. Not sure if that was the case here. Might have been a touch of early aging. Oak very light. Perhaps a slight touch of cider or so. Hard to pin down but I enjoyed it.
