PnP with 30 minutes aeration in the first glass. Dark berries / blueberry, soil, leather, chocolate, fresh ground coffee. Very smooth tannins, lots of Rutherford dustiness. Really nice solid cab for the price. Seems like it will improve with more air and also with more age. Happy with this one.

On the nose, bright abs brambly fruits. Some vanilla. Hint of spice. Almond extract. On the palate - bright fruit nice acidity and grippy tannins. Wine still taste young. Has that Rutherford dust profile that’s just so yummy. Honestly wish I had another bottle as I think this will absolutely improve with more time.

Aromatic, earthy nose of dark fruit, potting soil, coffee grounds, molasses, asparagus and cedar, very well-balanced palate of ripe plum, blackberries and blueberry skins, secondary notes of dark chocolate, mocha, coffee beans and black pepper, fine, powdery tannins, lengthy finish. Solid “Rutherford Dust” profile.
