Pure delight, lovely concentration, mature mellow tannins,silky, with good acid, great length, in fantastic condition. This would be awsome with Époisses!

Noisy New Zealanders (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street) : Cherry compote, cream, vanilla, sweet spice. A little bitter with quite drying tannins on the palate….little else here to offset this and assist with any redemption.
