Les raisins suspendus Hautes-Alpes L'Ubac Vin de France

L0321B marked on the bottle Very primary from the beginning, somehow aromatic (muscat?) but fruity driven: green apples, pear, green and yellow plum, peach, some white flowers, bit of smoke, clay and wet stones; with some air some herbal character appers with marked fennel notes. High acidity, juicy texture, easy, not really complex. We didn't finish it and the next day was full of souris, undrinkable, what a shame, the day before was simple but pleasant.
