Moobuzz, Pinot Noir, Monterey

Definitely funky nose! Mushrooms? Skunky? Very light in color for a Pinot Noir. Interesting taste, but not reflective of the smell.

Does have a strange earthy funk we are not used to. Tammy likes this ok - not horrible after you get started

Good value pinot. Better than Underwood. Edged out K-J for wedding wine evaluation. Still tasty after week in refrig.

Sweeter fruit than the Matthew Fritz, sees a bit more newer oak, dark fruit, and shows off Carneros quite well. Nice tense finish to it.

decanted 1-2 hrs. Light, thin but juicy. Like it has a *HINT* of the usual pinot noir character. Paired well w baked chicken. Nice summer wine. Good for the mood I was in, wouldn't go out of way for it. Hard to find a pinot noir you don't want to spit out for this price so this has an excellent QPR.

Lighter plum color, medium legs. On the nose, tart cherry, earth, mushroom and chalk. Palate is the same, really tasty. Finish is fairly full for a pinot. Nice. Repeat buy.

Reminds me of charred BBQ chicken skin. Pair well with pork and liver sausage, saut�ed chard and lentils. Initial fruit, smoke, and then a nice smooth finish.

Medium crimson in color, this wine has a defined earthy, mushroom funk on the nose as well as hints of raspberry and violets. The mouth feel brings brisk acidity, more earthy funk, red currant and baking spices. The finish is a little short and the 14.0% abv is evident.
