Peregrine, Pinot Noir, Central Otago

NobleRottersSydney - Otago Pinot (360 Bar & Dining, Sydney) : {screwcap, 14.5%} (David) Solid garnet still. Nicely developing nose with compost/leafy aromas, with meaty notes too. The palate seems older than the nose, with the rotting strawberry flavour fading fairly quickly. There’s gentle oak too, and loose dusty tannins are starting to dry out.
