Domaine Philippe Tessier Cour-Cheverny Les Sables

Lime blossom, rose petal, peach, grapefruit rind, thyme, salty wet stones and hint of leesy pastry. Medium plus acidity. There’s a certain creamy roundness that’s definitely remindful of a cru Muscadet crossed with a lighter Savennieres and a splash of Alsatian Riesling to boot. I love wines like this! Seems to have aging capacity.
