Mauro Molino Barolo Vigna Conca

Really chocolatey at first. Breathes up to show notes of burnt fig, sweet tobacco, tar and truffle. It has a palate of sweet and savoury things and there's some sage and mint notes in the background. There is balsamic tang and tartness to the finish. It got quite a bit better with air.
