Domaine Thierry Laffay Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons

Tasted in Horseneck W&S at 11:00am when my palate was fresh. The wine was opened on Friday pm and refrigerated overnight. I tasted through the three wines that were opened, the VV, the 1er Cru Vaillons and the Grand Cru Bougros. The Vaillons had the most acidity along with a nice mineral core. The lemon lift and medium straw were present and the wine was quit fresh.
