On the nose, it feels fresh, with the fruit still clearly defined: citrus marmalade, peach preserve, and tropical notes such as mango (still slightly unripe) and passion fruit. There is also an iodine/saline hint reminiscent of samphire (salicornia), along with tones of quinine and rhubarb. On the palate, it is packed with sensations: sweetness and freshness constantly rebalance each other, keeping the sip lively and never tiring. Impressive length. A very good wine.
