Domaine Jean Tardy et Fils Morey-Saint-Denis

Really lovely color, beautifully clear. Nice warm, classic nose. Rich and upfront plummy fruit, showing a touch of the stems I think. Extremely tasty but a bit simple, no great complexity or depth. Perfectly mature and not at all over the hill.
