Aromas of dark michigan cherries, smoke. The finish tasted so much of a cigar box, with a heavy smoked burnt wood tobacco taste that it was overwhelming. Most of the people couldn't or wouldn't drink it. I had it with some sharp cheddar cheese and it seemed to be a little better. Tasted this because the grape variety was so unusual.
