Shared at the Hundred Acre dinner at the Strand House in Manhattan Beach. (In order of preference: 2001 Kayli, 2001 Deep Time, 2006 Ark, 2006 Deep Time, 2010 Ark) 2001 Kayli stood out. It was an incredible wine that stood out amongst other very good wines. The 2001 Deep Time didn't show the same freshness or fruitiness when compared to standard 2001 Kayli Morgan. No complaints though. The 2001 Deep Time is still a great wine.

This wine was amazing... perfectly well balanced. the long barrel aging has given it lots of body with out too much oakiness or spicyness. Time has soften the tannins to be sweet and smooth imparting perfect density to the wine. Impossible to find now... this is a winner!

At La Strada watching my Mets self-destruct, nearly perfect,opens slow then the black cherry comes out.Lush and creamy,big finish.9-28-07.

So far, sweet dark berries nose. You really pick up on lots of tosty oak and cedar. Not as forward or as full in fruit on the tongue. Finish is smooth, slightly tannic and lengthy. Only 30 mins into opening.
