Testing the new sunroom space as a casual dining area in front of the cellar. Casual as in store bought roast chook, coleslaw, homemade eggplant dip, fresh picked asparagus and good old red leicester cheese. Almost a ploughmans lunch. Needed a white with some dryness and good acid. This funky number fits the bill. 14% alcohol doesn't hold back. Juicy yet dry. Well balanced. Great left of field lunch white.
