2007 vintage

Soft, smooth, not a huge fruit nose at this point in its evolution. Wood in the nose, earthy, mushroom, some small amount of fruit like cherries, or red fruit. Long lasting but at the very end a hint of sharpness.

Der Wein entwickelt sich positiv. Anfangs etwas verschlossen aber nach 2-3 h ein tolles Bukett. Rote Früchte allen voran Kirsche und Heidelbeere, etwas Karamell und Vanille. Alles gut eingebunden. Sehr angenehm zu trinken. Lecker!

Smoky, blackcurrant aroma. Lots of fruit and full tannins on the palate. Good now but think this will improve over the next few years as the tannins soften.

Decent right bank Bordeaux. Had subtle tart taste.

Bought in 2011 and kept in climate controlled cellar, but it was still too late. This one is headed downhill fast. Still somewhat tannic too, just out of balance and a bit past its peak. I gambled on an '06 Bordeaux and lost. C'est la vie!

Finalement un 2006 que je trouve intéressant à boire, les autres 2006 était relativement mince, p-e étaient-ils dans un phase plus ingrate. Ce petit vin était un bon RQP

Fabulous QPR. Bouquet of plum, cassis and cigar. Repeated on the palate with a hint of chocolate and mocha. Wish I had bought more based on price and quality. Drink now and for 3-5 more years.

Nice wine - still heavy on the oak and acidity. A few more years in the cellar should help.

Dark ruby colour. Aromatic, coffee, mineral, cocoa, smoke, currant and cedar nose. Medium bodied, dry and savoury palate with great replays and a long finish. 4/5

Amazing for the price, intense Saint-Emilion that is simply a benchmark for what reasonable alcohol levels and structure can deliver, really liked this - Very dark, full bodied with a nose of plum, blackfruit, graphite, cigar box, green leaf tobacco and vanilla, well structured, tannins prevalent, decent integration at this young age, very interesting, dry, smooth with excellent length, awesome! (91 Points).

Very good. Deep purple color. Slow legs. Soft cherries on the nose. Slightly acidic aftertaste. Pleasant, but not notable...

Rich nose of truffle and cherry. Earthy notes dominate in the mouth -- truffle and chalk dust -- but the fruit is pure and tasty. Well-balanced, long finish. Drink 2012-2020

Dark deep ruby..Veggies..veggies and more veggies...A very vegetal wine with some dark fruit minced in..Nice firm tannins on the finish..Overall a decent wine but nothing memorable about it...

2006 vintage

funky smell. taste is heavy on the tannins and lacking in fruit. not good at this point. hopefully, some aging will help. UPDATE: tasted again on day 2 and was improved. tannins softened but still lacking noticable fruit. upping rating from 79 to 83.
