A blend of local varieties (Marmajuelo, Babosco blanco, Albillo criollo, Verdello, Malvasía vlcánica) grown at 700+ meters above sea level on the island of Gran Canaria. 12.5% ABV. Pale lemon colour. Citrus, light stone fruit, apple, passion fruit, guava, and light herbal notes are joined by a saline, stony/volcanic mineral aspect, with a lightly oily texture and medium-level acidity.
