Quite pure and red fruited. A nice surprise.

100% Pinot Noir primarily from 1 ha of the 1er cru Monts-Luisants with lean, clayey soil with limestone scree on a base of fine limestone and vines planted 11,000/ha sustainably cultivated yielding 32 hl/ha. Manual harvest with sorting on the vines. De-stemmed. Fermented with indigenous yeast in temperature regulated wooden vats, Aged 18-20 months in French oak barrels.
