Meinklang Prosa

Frisk og god rosé med en del bobler. Middels minus tannin.

Really interesting form of Pinot noir. Slightly effervescent with bright fruit and acidity. There is a background of sweetness but it is well balanced out by the acidity.

Klar, lys grapefruktrød. Mild nese med toner av rips, nyper og bringebær. Kjølig, lett frukt med preg av lyse, røde bær og lett sødme. Frisk, spiss syre. Mild, nedtonet mousse med små bobler. Fruktig, lett søtlig utgang med grei lengde.

Crystal pink colour. Red currants and cherries on the nose. Taste of red currants and cherries. Slightly pearly mouthfeel. Great for warm summer days and goes well with salads or chicken.
