At his peak, could be fresher for the vintage, but for a 2002 dry Kabinett well balanced with minimal petrol notes. 89-90, well drinkable with 8% alcohol

Very light and slightly sweet. Good minerality. Good balance. Fruits of pear, apple and grapefruit. Clean finish and awesomely-paired with Curried cauliflower soup, kale, sunchoke chips and almonds.
