Color: Ruby-plum core, medium opacity. Nose: Pepper, garrigue, dirt. Taste: Bright, strawberry, raspberry, cola, caramel, red licorice. Short+ finish. A fruit-forward expression with very little depth, though not as awful as others have commented -- a suitable party wine or weeknight drinker. 13.5% ABV.

This was okay. My buddy called it bland. He wasn't far off. Wasn't a bad wine, just very boring and flat. This bottle was the least memorable part of our meal, and was greatly outclassed by the $10 bottle of Portuguese Trincadeira/Aragonez that followed.

Very strange wine (picked up a bottle at local Pavillions) - thought it was similar to Los Olivos cuvee, but it definitely is something totally different. It's is very unstructured, with almost no nose and no real taste. Almost like a juice with some alcohol in it. Had to pour it out after the first glass. Will stick with Los Olivos cuvee in the future.
