PnP; I should have read my previous note and given it air. Overpowering oak on the nose, dark smoky oaky zin. Put in the fridge for 48 hours and tasted the end of the bottle, wine had calmed down and there was more fruit.

1hr decant. Creamy oak on the nose, refined DCV zin in the mouth with berries and red fruit. Elegant not jammy. I much prefer this to the 2012. The 15.5% ABV sneaks up on you as it doesn't seem so big in the mouth. Later in the evening the finish began to go sideways. Drinking now.
