Ochota Barrels, Texture Like Sun, Adelaide Hills

A blend of Pinot Noir, Grenache, Gamay, Mourvèdre, Pinot Meunier, Gewürztraminer, Fragolino, Riesling and Chardonnay. Half of the grapes are vinified as whole bunches, half are destemmed. Aged in old French barriques. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with 20 mg/l SO2. 12,7% alcohol, 5,4 g/l acidity, pH 3,61. Hazy, partly translucent and partly cloudy Burgundy color.
