Quixote Cabernet Sauvignon Helmet of Mambrino

Two hour double decant. Very deep, yet very bright magenta color. Dark chocolate, floral perfume, black cherry, and blackberry on the nose. Very smooth, tongue drying palate, with grainy acidity. Plush tannins on the medium long finish. This is already very drinkable, but the back end needs a bit more time to develop.
