Aromas of saline, mineral and apple. This reminds me of a Chablis with a nice underlying minerality with green apple and lime. Ends with a nice mineral infused finish. Decent wine but as the night wore on it kind of revealed itself as a little more one dimensional. Still impressive for a Connecticut wine.
