Garci Grande Sauvignon Blanc Senorio de Garci Grande

On the nose yellow stone fruit with peach in the fore. Medium bodied, dry, rather smooth, showing volatile flavors of peach and yellow stone fruit with decent acidic structure. A bit austere on the finish. Later on a bit of resin/minerals emerging as well. Not your typical Sauvignon Blanc but nevertheless a good quaff.
