cork broken. decanted for one hour. elegant nose, some dark fruit, mild oak and Christmas pudding. m++ body, medium acidity, thick but smooth tannins, dense and concentrated core with mocha and some mineral notes. this wine seems just over the peak, showing a little tired in finish. Numb at first, but after 2-3 hours in the decanter it started to open up, revealing dark fruits, leather, olives, tar. Medium+ bodied, with nice structure and secondary fruits starting to develop.

Nice, elegant priorat. Mid weight, good structure. Good now and easily Nother 3-5 years.

A bit muted nose, but there is loads of dark berries. taste is more nuanced an refined, dark and red berries together with signs of oak, mineral, licorice. Great tannin and high acidity, a great food-wine, and one to keep!

Appearance: Clear wine with a medium ruby colour. Nose: Clean nose with a Medium intensity. This wine is developing. So deep, so lovely. Intense, ripe blackberries, strawberries and plums over smoke, pepper and charred wood. Vanilla fights to break through but can't - a real depth of flavour here that is difficult to express. Tasted during a WA event „a matter of taste”. Dark purple, nose of dark fruit, bakery. Full bodied and ripe but not overripe. Good balance overall despite the weight. A baroque wine bit well done.

At the winery: Primary blakc and blueberry, sweet licorice, big tannins with supporting acidity; powerful spicy kick in the end. Wow--a little clumsy but packs a punch.
