Medium to dark salmon color. Raspberries and yeast on the nose. Brioche, raspberries, and strawberries on the palate. Small bubbles, low/medium acidity, fairly dry. Moderate finish. Interesting and refreshing, though I kind of wish it had a little bit of sugar, which would give it a little more versatility with pairings.
