Croatian orange wine from Istria: Malvasia Istriana. Macerated for 7 months, using natural yeasts, in 2 000 litre amphoras buried in the ground. Aged in 4 000 litre Slavonian oak barrels for several years before bottling. 14 % Alcohol. Decanted one hour prior to consumption and then stored in the decanter during the evening.
