Golden colour. The wood is still the main intervinient giving a varnish tone to the nose. Behind comes the fruit and the Cr�me br�l�e. Full-bodied with the wood wrapping a sense of white flowers, butter and melon. Despite the weight it maintains freshness and a decent acidity into a medium finish. I can see a year or two in bottle turning the elements around and toning down the wood. Good effort!!!
