So much to like here; beautiful dark fruit accented by oak, spice, and smoke. Moderate tannins and ample minerality make this a versatile food wine. Excellent QPR @ $18. Would by again.

14.5% abv. Solid showing, if a bit young. Good depth, balance, pleasing flavor profile - nothing too remarkable, just good new world Syrah. I think this should age well and continue to improve, as it has the bones to go many more years. Not sure why these have been showing up at retail for just above half the price we have been paying at the tasting room ($19 at WineX, $36 at the tasting room), but this is a real …
