I really liked it. Especially the toast notes, probably coming from a certain ageing on oak, combined with high acidity. Definitely a very good aligote. A little like Koji et jae Hwa but at a descend price. I like hq aligote more and more. Very similar to chardonnay when aged on oak but more stringent because of the higher acidity.

A simple but delicious wine, restrained (but also young of course), some lemon, white flowers and a hint of reduction, not a razor sharp Aligoté but nonethelss pleasurable.

Surprisingly ripe melon and apple with lemon custard and crushed rocks on the nose and palate. Almost medium-bodied in structure. Clean and layered finish. Can still age for a few more years.

Greenish yellow hue. Nose with sea breeze, pear, white wine gum. More terribly aromatic but elegant. No detectable oak. Super balanced and elegant. Lean but intense. Everything is in place but it doesn't show off. You have to search for it. Classy. Very similar to the Champs Tions from PO Garcia which I liked a bit better though.
