superbe carignan. les vins du domaine sont racés et celui-ci n'échappe pas a la règle. nous sommes face a un carignan noble, tres policé mais profond, avec de l'allure. tout est en place, le caractère rustique ne fait pas surface mais on sent quand même l'âme de ce cépage car le vin est énergique et causant. un tres beau vin, qui se boit aussi sur lui même mais qui peut (et moi) accompagner des jolis mets
