Casa Virginia Lombardia Spumante Nature Blanc Metodo Classico

Not a commercially release wine made only for friends and family. Blanc de Blancs with No dosage and spends quite a lot of time on lees. Soft and round with floral touches and really polished and a far cry from the sharpness of non dose that we would have expected. Very pretty with soft bubbles but also a touch short on the finish.
