Christian Salmon Sancerre Rosé Cuvée Vieilles Vignes

Not drinking this too chilled. It is a subtle flavor. Not too tart and not too sweet. There is the usual apple on the nose with some fresh wood hints. At first the taste seems missing but crescendos on the tongue with vanilla on the backside. I am tasting a drop of mango. After the swallow, the lemon and honey kicked in. I am not sure how I acquired this bottle…

Nice and smooth.

Medium pink color, medium fruit, nice nose. Very good value

Full flavored and jubilant, moderate acid, and nice texture, but some terpene-y bitterness persists on the finish. Very good 89.
